Home/IMET radio controls for cranes and machinery

IMET radio control applications

The machine type determines commands, speeds, interlocks and feedback requirements. The configuration is developed using the technical diagram.

Where radio control is used.

01

Cranes and overhead cranes

For hoists and overhead cranes, we define lifting, trolley and bridge travel commands. Two-speed drives require the corresponding button stages. We check the contactor or controller circuit, receiver power supply and STOP circuit.

02

Production equipment

For production machinery, we first distinguish ON/OFF commands from continuously variable functions. Relay outputs handle discrete signals; analogue signals or a digital interface are selected to match the drive or PLC.

Mobile and agricultural machinery

For mobile machinery, we check the onboard power supply, electrohydraulic valve type and required control method. A joystick can set direction and movement intensity, while the corresponding receiver output is determined by the machine circuit.

Forestry winches

AXT has a belt-worn enclosure and protected controls for forestry winches. Selection covers winch functions, control signals, required interlocks and receiver configuration.

What to consider when choosing a system

Specify the control type, movements, discrete or proportional commands, power supply and operating conditions. For upgrades, include the existing wiring diagram and old system details.
