We develop the radio control configuration with the machine manufacturer or integrator, from the command list to the agreed specification.
For every movement, we define a button, joystick axis or selector. We separately agree on the number of stages, maintained switch positions, labels and auxiliary control layout. Panel selection considers operation with gloves and the operator’s workflow.
The command table defines the signal required for each movement, which functions can run simultaneously and which modes are interlocked. STOP and behaviour on loss of communication follow the system documentation and equipment requirements.
The receiver must match the power supply, signal types and controller inputs. Depending on the version, relay, MOSFET or proportional outputs and digital interfaces may be used. CANopen or other protocol availability is checked in the specification, rather than inferred from the series name.
